EAGLE PROPERTY PRESERVATION Eagle provides a full line of services ranging from Lock Changes, Winterizations, Lawn Maintenance, Boarding, Debris Removal, Scheduled Evictions, etc. EAGLE MARKET PREP SERVICE Designed to assist the lender to market properties in either the wholesale or retail markets. Major renovations to minor cosmetic repairs or just a thorough cleaning to place the property in a saleable condition. Licensed contractors are available on a nationwide basis when needed to satisfy local governments. Trade repairs are on a bid basis with financial and security agreements in writing. ENTERING THE BUSINESS A full range of hand and power tools, a lot of self discipline, reserve funds, a working knowledge of the geographic area you are in, a reliable vehicle, proper licensing and liability insurance with E&O coverage. Office equipment of at least a computer, fax, scanner, camera, and business email addresses. Training is available through The Society of Independent Representatives (SIR's). Training includes "how to do the work" plus providing you with access to the government guidelines for the industry which is essential.
